The project influenced the further formation of judicial practice, in particular, by its resolution the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court of the Russian Federation created guarantees of protection of investments of minority participants of companies, as well as introduced certainty in the understanding of additional rights of participants of limited liability companies.
