Preparation of expert reports on Russian law for proceedings in EWHC over insurance indemnities for the aircraft loss due to Russian counter-sanctions.

Advising the client with respect to risks for the holding in general and its Russian assets in particular, considering Russian countermeasures as well as recently adopted legislation. SBP team prepared a memorandum, which later on was submitted by the client to the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) to get a license for a potential amicable settlement on the matter.

Representing two foreign companies in the dispute concerning the suspension of their corporate rights in a Russian legal entity due to their compliance with sanctions imposed against other shareholders.

Representing the Client in a litigation proceeding within a bankruptcy of a Russian citizen to challenge the debtor's payments to its foreign lawyers who represented him in litigation proceedings in the High Court in London.

Representing the client within the amicable settlement of a complex conflict involving several legal proceedings related to the construction of an agricultural complex in the Sakhalin region (the total amount of claims exceeded USD 27 million). This resulted in court-approved agreements as well as a successful transaction leading to the buyout of the opponents' shares in the project.
